Considering player selection

I think it's great to provide a small Python script that takes a CSV of Dutch players and values, plus a list of selected names, and then returns the top 10 not in the squad. This avoids needing network access. I could also offer to implement it if they provide the data or we can create a mock structure. However, I should first confirm what they're looking for—do they want the complete list with market values, or just a generated list?
